Delivery within Italy
Standard delivery costs all over Italy: 6.95 Euro. Free delivery is available on orders equal or over: 100 Euro. Standard delivery times: 48/72h on working days.
Delivery in Europe
Delivery is available on orders equal or over 50 Euro. Standard delivery times: 1-5 working days, 1-2 extra days are needed for islands or remote sites. Standard delivery costs all over Europe: 10 Euro.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Italian Law (D.Lgs. n.21/2014), the CUSTOMER may exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalties and with no oblige of a motivation, within 14 days respect to the delivery date of the purchased goods for a full refund of the price of the same goods. In order to do so, he will have to send, within the specified terms, a certified email to the address email@example.com or a letter via certified mail, specifying his personal data: first name, last name, address, order number, telephone number, item/s description, IBAN code and bank account holder to whom the reimbursement will be proceeded.
As soon as this information has been sent, the CUSTOMER will have to send the goods he intends to return, at his own expenses and via a courier at his own choice. The parcel must include a form (see below) reporting the CUSTOMER’s data, which must correspond to those communicated in the withdrawal letter.
The returned item/s must be delivered to MY JULIA within 14 days starting from the date in which the withdrawal communication was sent. The CUSTOMER may return new, unopened items contained in the original packaging (including possible optional parts), together with a copy of the billing document.
Having verified the integrity of the returned goods, MY JULIA will refund the amount paid by the CUSTOMER within 14 days starting from the date in which the withdrawal communication was sent. The refund may be not granted by MY JULIA until the returned goods will be in fact received back.
The CUSTOMER will be deemed responsible, thus not refundable, for the diminution of the value of the goods caused by an incorrect handling / alteration of the goods themselves, different from what strictly needed to certify their nature and features.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for the return delivery costs. All risks related to the delivery of the returned goods are at the expense of the CUSTOMER.

MY JULIA will refund the amount paid by the CUSTOMER through the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER at the moment of purchase. If the method chosen was bank transfer, and in case the CUSTOMER wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he will have to provide MY JULIA with his bank account details through the “Contact us” section (IBAN, SWIFT and BIC codes).
Furthermore the CUSTOMER will have the chance to exercise the right of withdrawal sending an explicit declaration about his will to withdraw from the agreement, or sending the withdrawal form – Attachment I, part B , D.Lgs 21/2014 (not compulsory) -, containing following text:
