Italian Personal Data Protection Code, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.
1. INTRODUCTION
Shown below are described the site management methods as far as the processing of users’ and visitors’ personal data is concerned.
It is a document in accordance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), available to everyone interacting with services provided by Nailevo Srl, accessible through its website and related to the domain: www.abicikids.com
Following policy shall therefore only be referred to the above mentioned website, and as such it is not applicable to websites visited by users/visitors through links.
Beyond the privacy policy model provided by the Authority for personal data protection, following indications are inspired to the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that European Authorities for personal data protection, joined in the Group defined by Art. 29 of directive n. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001, in order to identify certain minimal requirements for the online collection of personal data and, in particular, the procedures, the times and the nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when these get access to web pages, irrespective of the purposes of the site visit.
Users and visitors are kindly requested by My Julia Srl to fully read the present document.

1.2. Place of personal data processing
The processing of personal data connected to web services provided by this site takes place at My Julia Srl headquarters. Only appointed technical employees are in charge for it. In certain foreseen cases data derived from the access to web services of the site can be object of communication.
2. PROCESSED DATA
2.1. Browsing data
IT systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this site, during their normal activity, collect certain personal data, the transmission of which is related to the use of Internet protocols. This information is not collected to identify subjects but, for its own nature it may, through processing and associations with data collected by third parties, allow to identify users. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the devices used by users that access the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method utilised to express the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained as an answer, the number code indicating the reaction status given by the server (positive ending, mistake, etc.) and further parameters related to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. Such data are used at the sole aim of collecting statistic information about the use of the site in anonymous form and controlling its correct functioning. They are deleted right after the processing. They may be used in order to assess responsibilities in case of violations to the detriment of the site.
2.2. Personal data voluntarily provided by users
My Julia Srl guarantees that personal data provided by users (such as name, surname, e-mail) who request reception of information material (newsletters regarding activities developed and promoted by My Julia Srl, clearance about administrative procedures, etc.), are solely used to perform the requested services, and in no case will be communicated to third parties.
2.3. Cookies
No cookies are used for the transmission of personal data information; no persistent cookies of any kind (systems for the traceability of users) are used. The use of session cookies (that are saved in a persistent way on the user’s device and expire when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identification data (made by random numbers generated by the server), necessary to allow a safe and efficient browsing experience. Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that are potentially detrimental to the users’ navigation privacy and do not allow the acquisition of users’ identifying personal data.
2.4. Discretionary agreement about personal data transmission
With the exception of data related to the site browsing, users can decide whether or not to transmit their data within forms aimed at the transmission of information/news and for contacts with the departments of My Julia Srl, which will not be able to provide the user with his request if such agreement has not been expressed.
3. DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURES
3.1. Inserted data
Personal data are processed with automated tools, only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected. Specific security measures for data protection are met in order to avoid loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
3.2. Links to external websites
Certain pages of the site can include links to other websites that are not directly managed by My Julia Srl, who therefore declines any responsibilities regarding their contents, safety and adopted privacy regulations. My Julia Srl specifies that it does not share its users’/visitors’ personal data with these sites.
4. DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
In accordance with Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, subjects owning these personal data have the right, at any time and without any formalities being required, to obtain the confirmation about the existence of these data and to get access to them, their content and origin, verifying their correctness or asking their integration, updating or modification.
In accordance with Art. 7, the persons concerned shall have the right to obtain the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data, or to take opposition against the processing of the data.
Requests must be sent, without any formalities being required, to the e-mail address info@my-julia.com, or to My Julia Srl headquarters in Via G. Di Vittorio, 13 – 15076 Ovada (AL) Italy.
As regards the processing of personal data, in accordance with Art. 7 (Personal data access right and other rights) of Privacy Code:
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence, or not, of personal data concerning himself, even if not recorded yet, and their communication in an intelligible way.
2. A data subject shall have the right to obtain information about:
a) origin of personal data;
b) scopes and measures of data processing;
c) applied procedures in case of data processing carried out with the help of electronic tools;
d) identifying details about data controller, data processor and appointed representative, in accordance with Art. 5, clause 2;
e) subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data might be communicated, or that might get to know them, as representatives in the State’s territory.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
